Appliance Repair Technician

We are looking for skilled and motivated Appliance Repair Technicians to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing customers’ luxury appliances around Manhattan, Staten Island, and Northern Jersey. Every new technician undergoes an extensive training program working side-by-side with an experienced Factory Certified technician. We are also dedicated to continuous improvement, which is why we work closely with Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove to provide our technicians with resources and training on all the latest models.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove appliances including refrigerators, dishwashers, gas and electric ranges, and more
• Use diagnostic tools to accurately determine repair plans
• Educate customers about their appliances, including how to use and maintain them
• Drive to customers’ homes around our service area in a company-provided vehicle with the parts necessary to complete the job
• Maintain the highest level of professionalism and customer service with each service call

• Be able to lift 60 lb, push 100 lb, and pull 50 lb
• Have relevant experience or be willing to receive training

Customer Service Representative

We are seeking dedicated, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will provide a luxury service experience to all our customers. Our CSRs work hard to provide custom solutions for each customer and prioritize the customer’s needs throughout the process. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to satisfying all customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming customer calls and emails
• Provide accurate information about services, warranties, and pricing
• Assist customers in scheduling appliance repair and maintenance services
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to effectively resolve issues and concerns
• Effectively communicate with internal teams, including technicians and management, to relay customer information and ensure timely, seamless service experiences
• Go the extra mile to encourage positive customer experiences

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
