How do I schedule an appointment?

Will my LUX appointment have a specific time?
To minimize travel and ensure our technicians have plenty of time to service your appliances, our appointments are routed by area. You will receive a call from LUX the day before your service appointment with a 3 to 4 hour appointment window, and we will call again on the day when your technician is 30 minutes out.
Are your technicians trained on Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove appliances?
Yes! We were founded expressly to service the Sub-Zero family of appliances, which now includes Wolf and Cove. Our technicians undergo an extensive training program and have many years of experience servicing these brands.
What is LUX’s hourly rate?
LUX charges by the job, not by the hour, so you know our technicians are giving you the most efficient service.
Does LUX work on other appliance brands?
No. LUX works exclusively on Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove, which allows our technicians to develop unparalleled brand expertise.

What routine maintenance will help keep my appliances operational?
We recommend cleaning your Sub-Zero condenser and replacing its filters every 6 months. We also recommend you regularly clean your Wolf appliances and Cove dishwashers.
What are the optimal temperature settings for my Sub-Zero refrigerator?
For the best performance, maintain a temperature of 38 degrees Fahrenheit in the refrigerator and 0 degrees Fahrenheit in the freezer.
